Battle of the 7 inchers

I'm ready to upgrade my monitor ( I currently have a cinemartin that cost $99 at the time I got it) I have my eye set on getting either the Atomos Shinobi 7 at $699 or the SmallHD Indie 7 at $899. I'm a pretty good focus puller, but, living in the global south (Jamaica specifically) means I don't get paid well enough to afford a monitor for several thousand dollars, so these are the two I'm looking at. Atomos' focus peaking used to kind of suck for pulling on, but I see that they've dramatically improved it. I especially like that in the zoom/magnified view, the peaking is applied *after* the magnification, giving extra crispy focus details. The SmallHD, well its a smallHD so I assume it'll come with an interface, performance and form factor that everybody who's ever used a smallhd will be used to (along with those super customizable focus assist settings.) My question is, if anyone here has used both the Shinobi 7 and Indie 7, I'd love to hear any opinions you might have.
