As the title might suggest, my question is what kind of video signal the two SmallHD monitors receive (Ultra 5 Bolt 6 RX 750 and Ultra 7 Bolt 6 RX 750 with built-in antennas) when used in conjunction with a Bolt 6 XT 750 TX that is sending a UHD/4K signal from a camera.

Will the monitors receive a UHD/4K signal or will it be capped at 1080?

The reason for the question is if it does in fact receive a UHD/4K signal, will it then show a 1:1 pixel preview at 2x zoom on the monitor?

Hi everyone! I currently work at a rental house here in London and we're experiencing some issues getting our 2x SmallHD Ultra 5 to recognise the RED DSMC3 cameras that we mean to use them for (both OG Komodo, Komodo-X and V-Raptor VV) with RCP2 licenses installed on both monitors.

We've already gone through all the troubleshooting steps we could think off and have even swapped the 5 pin USB lemo ports between the 2 monitors to try and see if there's anything wrong with the ports. I've been on the phone to SmallHD and Engineering at CVP to try and get some extra help, but to no avail.

I'm mostly trying to see if anyone else's has experienced this same issue and if there was something really obvious that we could be missing with setting this up.

Any help would be really appreciated at this point!
