In recent years it seems that nearly every job I shoot at some point has a component of shooting on phones to replicate Facetime/TikTok/home video etc. I realized that we really needed a good solution for monitoring the image to ensure the actor hasn't swung around and started shooting off set or into lights. It's easy enough to use dongles and cables or even to fashion a belt pack with brick battery and Teradek, but it's not ideal to have to burden an actor with such things.
