In the meantime, feel free to Sign Up/Log In at www.focusbug.com. As part of your Profile creation please enter the serial numbers of your Cine RT Base Sensor (UBS-100) and Handset (HSU-100). Although not required, this info can help us help you in the future should any issues arise.
