Red monstro trouble
Hey homies had a hopefully quick question.
In prep I had a monstro acting up. Mostly fine until halfway through where the touch screen was unresponsive. Restabbed it and it would be fine. Fans would also turn off but then come back on when it was restabbed.
Tried to do a sensor calibration plugged into a block and it froze. Tried it again with a different battery and it went fine.
On the shoot, first half was fine. Then it was being unresponsive again. Wouldn't roll. Shut it down to restart it. Wouldn't come up. Changed batteries. Wouldn't come up. Did a hard system reset with everything unplugged. It froze. Tried again. Came up, seemed fine, rolled 4 clips and it said something like audio buffer overload or something. Froze. Tried hard system reset again. Nothing. Kept freezing halfway through reset.
End of day, took everything off. Had an arri top plate on it and production module. Came up with just a regular v mount back and the side plate. Hard reset. System reset from the menu. Sensor calibration. Put everything back on one at a time. Arri top plate last and touch screen was unresponsive again. Took it off and now it seems fine. Going to try it again on set tomorrow. This is day 1 of 5 for this job so we'll see.
But anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

Soooo for anyone that ends up checking this in the future here's what we did that ultimately fixed it: Changed the 7" touchscreen, cable, and lemo port. Kept the arri top plate on and took off the production module. Secure format to every card When we moved the touchscreen to the Gemini using the other lemo port and cable from the monstro the Gemini started to give us roll problems as well but once we started to do secure format on the cards that seemed to clear it up. When we had the production module on the 3rd body (also Gemini) it was also acting up and we sent logs of everything to red. They said there was a hardware glitch in this body but the other two seemed fine. Obviously a lot of steps and days of trouble on and off to get to that point but by day 3 or 4 everything more or less worked perfectly.
