During playback of a take on set someone noticed this pixelated flash of yellow/blue on one frame.

We reviewed the footage on all monitors (output from the 1x SDI port into Teradek 4K Bolt 750) and the on-board 5" Touch Screen - all displayed the glitch.

Later on after data backup, the clip was played again on a computer - glitch was not there!

Putting the Mini-mag back into the camera revealed the glitch again, only on the camera. Therefore it was not baked into the footage.

My DOP & I have shot with this (his) RED Scarlet-W for weeks back-to-back recently and for years together prior without any errors with the camera.

Seems we isolated the issue to the camera itself, however I'm curious if anyone knows what the issue is? And how to fix it?

It was for only one frame and on one clip, so I'm struggling to pin point it to something in particular.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! :)
