Arriflex 16SR3 + Ninja V+ + Arri Hi5

I am wondering is that possible to trigger from Arri HI-5/WCU-4 and Arri RF Motor 16SR3 and Ninja V or another video recorder.
HD TAP that i have don't have build in SDI Flag, so I'm looking is that possible to make it by motor.
I'm thinking does LBUS - 3pin R/S cable do a trigger? I didn't try this cable.

No, I can't use this.
I have also ARRI Cable CAM (7p) to LANC/D-Tap.
Also I made it work with Nucleus M with LANC and RS Cable. (on Blackmagic Video Assist)
