Playback issue (Alexa35 4.0.0.+ Arri Hi5 3.0.3)

Hello all!


I'm having a persistent issue when, after a take, I want to playback the clip that we just shot. Going to play on the handset, it does not allow me to playback. Instead, I have to power down the handset, power it back up then hit playback and it works.

It's a nuisance since it takes a few seconds each time and the whole crew is waiting for my handset to do the magic.


Also, issues like this (in my humble opinion) shouldn't happened on a handset of that price range and given the quality standards that Arri delivers.


Is there anyone experiencing the same issue? Any ideas on how to solve it?
