On my last hi5 job, I was hoping to have on-screen lens data (in the status overlay). I only have one motor, so my plan was to use the hi-5 to map focus for the lens, and then LDS through the lens mount for iris and focal length data.

It seems that I can only do one or the other, however- enabling the lens mount gets rid of my lens mapping on the hand unit, so I can't use premarked rings. Selecting and sending a lens file to the camera disables the lens mount.

Is it impossible to get lens data from different sources? I'd love if that was improved in the future.
