A friend hit me up to design a way to mount a Teradek to his Komodo without blocking the fans. This mount slides into an open battery slot, and even keeps one free. This design is fairly dependent on running external gold/v-mount batteries, perhaps rod mounted. You could also use the classic LP-E6 Teradek battery plate for lightweight builds. I also used this on a MōVI build where the camera was powered via the Movi, and it worked like a dream.
