I'm been thinking a lot about all the random items I'm missing from my kit. One of those things is a good camera rain cover.

I've seen people use Cap It's! which are decent in a pinch, but I've seen people make custom rain covers using shower curtains and Velcro which work very well, but I realized that mostly works for studio mode.

My question is, what are some other materials you have used to protect the camera from the elements?

And how would you create a custom rain cover for things like the ronin, steadicam, and handheld/easyrig?
