Hello crew!

I'm having to integrate a VFX data generator (LDT-R2) into my workflow for some scenes with heavy VFX backgrounds.

I haven't used that integration before and I was wondering if any of you or someone you know have done it before and can help me navigate it?

The LDT-R2 seems to be a system built for a Preston handset so the integration with any other system is possible but seems sticky. I have the manual and the equipment but it's a daunting task specially because we are in the middle of our shoot with no time for understanding and prepping the system properly.

This is my set up:

Arri Hi5

2 X CForce RF motors

LCube

CineRT

Everything to the latest firmware.

If I was going to shoot on the Sony Venice 2 without the Rialto, the solution was to use the 12p front connection on the Venice2 connected to my motors and into my ecosystem.

But since we are using the Rialto, the manual does not include that option. I'm in touch with their technical support but they do not have videos/pictures of the set up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
