I have a backlash, slak in my manual follow focus, FF4. The play appears to be due to a ball bearing malfunction. How to fix it?

I use the FF4 for shots which require great finesse. For example, advances in the long focal plane with very little diaphragm (F: 135mm anamorphic at T: 1.9)

The use of the Folow HF command (WCU4) does not allow me to have the precision in the follow-up of the point in the intermediate distances .. the HF folow lacks amplitude in these intermediate distances .. despite a rate proportional to the displacement the too small depth of field and the small amplitude of the course of the point does not allow the precision required to make the plan.

Conversely, the manual folow has a greater stroke and therefore allows me to have greater precision in the follow-up. However, this backlash in FF4 is unbearable in my concentration.

I tried to disassemble my FF4, the backlash appears in the ball bearing block ... but beyond the belt .. I cannot disassemble the ball bearing block to repair this backlash.

How can I disassemble this ball bearing and fix my backlash from my FF4?
