Cforce plus motor locking up

My C-force plus motor has been acting weird lately. I would get a recalibrate notification on my Cpro hand unit in the middle of a take. Currently have my Cpro RF motor on zoom and Cforce plus on focus on an old vintage lens. The lens is not stiff by any means but my Cforce plus would stop working and be asked to recalibrate.
But I'm unable to recalibrate as the Cforce plus motor seems to have locked up. Unplugged everything on the motor and I'm unable to turn the gear CW, only able to turn it CCW.
Powering the motors through the EXT port of the alexa mini to Cam on the RF motor, Lbus to Lbus on the Cforce plus, and Lbus to dtap on the end to make sure everything has enough power.

Hi! Just had the exact same issue with a fairly new Cforce Plus motor a couple weeks back. I could turn it one way and but would eventually lock up when turning the opposite direction. I brought it to a technician who said that it could be one of maybe a few things (worm gear, dc motor, encoder, etc. Basically, in my case, he found that the worm gear was toasted. Possibly some fluid seal in the gear had given out and something had become unseated. Had the worm gear swapped out and had no issues since. Hope this helps!
