Hi guys, wondering if you've ever encountered this problem and if you've had any solutions?

I adjusted the drag on the knob of my @cmotionLCS cpro+ hand unit to where I like but the knob doesn't feel smooth, feels like it's gone stiffer rather than actually having more drag.
