Hey all - I don’t use the playback function on my Cpro often as i usually have vtr/playback but I’ve encountered an issue enough timea (and through various firmware’s) to see if there’s a solve.

playing back usually works well but now and then it’ll error out and dsmc2 will show a note that states ”error playing back clip” (which obviously freaks everyone out). Media has to be ejected and reseated for it to work again - and then just the other day it caused camera to shutdown completely. onboard battery full and getting dc power as well. Only other accessory on camera was a Teradek
