I'm coming up on a job next week working on the Alexa 35 for the first time. The 35 has a three pin RS port, and I wanted to confirm that the current ARRI alexa cable (6pin to 3pin) is good to go for interfacing with the MDR. Also anything anyone noticed to help make sure everything works properly with the 35?

I have been experiencing an issue with the rack focus response time from my CTRL.3 controller to my motorX. Despite having the response time set to ‘F’ (Fast), there seems to be a noticeable delay before the motor catches up with the knob adjustments. This is causing a bit of a lag in achieving precise focus during critical moments.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a particular setting or firmware update that might address this? Any tips on how to possibly improve the responsiveness between the CTRL.3 knob and the motor would be greatly appreciated.
