first time using anamorphic with LF
hello , I have been doing research since last 1 week we are planning to shoot Netflix show for anamorphic + Arri LF and mini LF .
what precaution should I take during test or pilot shoot ?
how difficult focus pulling will be? though it has shallow dof..... (i did mostly on signature prime and LF ).
what things should i keep in mind or do cross check while filming on anamorphic?
any dof calculator for anamorphic lense?

Just worked with some apollos on a job with the LF. They definitely felt softer than I thought at certain distances. Everything feels wide haha. The lenses were marked metric but someone previously had taped them out and done imperial marks on the side in tape haha. They felt alright. Aside from everything feeling wider than you might expect it is pretty similar to pulling spherical. Just helps to have a bigger monitor like a 13" to better see the image I think.
